I have been working with animals for over fifteen years, both pet sitting and as a veterinary technician. I have three dogs and a cat of my own. They are my children. Not "like family", but family in every sense of the word. I decided to open this business in 2008 because I had difficulty finding a pet sitter that I truly trusted and I was sure others were feeling the same way. It might not be too difficult to find someone who can fill a bowl of food, but it is a challenge to find a dedicated and knowledgeable pet sitter that takes the time to make sure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and loved while you're away. I promise you that I will go above and beyond the norm to keep your pet safe and content. You can be at peace and worry free when your pet is home with me! The goal is that while you're on holiday, your pet will be in his own home, happy and comfortable, and excited to play with an old friend! I promise to serve you and your pets to the best of my ability, because I care. You can contact Tess directly at 912.665.4133 or firstname.lastname@example.org. As an experienced veterinary technician and a dedicated pet sitter, Tess will be able to spot clues that your pet is stressed or unwell and will be able to address and resolve any problems. With her knowledge of pet health, she will be more keen to observe subtle symptoms and will be able to have your pet treated promptly before the illness worsens. This is just one of many reasons to trust a professional.
Crystal grew up in southern Virginia with a family that raised and loved all kinds of animals. At any given time, you might find a pig, a goose, a chicken or sometimes the occassional normal domesticated pet. After college she pursued a career in the upper management of casual dining. She spent twenty years in her field realizing most of that time that her true passion was working with animals in any possible capacity. She joined the Blissful Buddha team and has not looked back. Crystal also has a strong interest in dog training and behavior and one day hopes to add that to her résumé and bring something more to the Blissful Buddha team. She and her husband currently have two dogs and a snake that also pull double duty as children. Crystal's favorite pastime is playing Frisbee, fetch and working on agility with her dogs, Scout and Harley.
No matter what he's doing, Tyler is always surrounded by animals. He had lots of pets as a child, including dogs, cats, bunnies, and ducklings. He grew up in Savannah, where he has volunteered for various animal rescue organizations. After high school, Tyler went on to study aircraft maintenance. Afterwards, when he got a job working on military aircraft, he realized he wasn't passionate about it and struggled to find some meaning in life. Soon after he left that profession, he became invested in volunteering with a rescue in Warner Robins, Ga and he did that for 3 years. There he fostered dogs and cats and earned a position on the board. In those years, Tyler realized he had found what he was meant to do - work with animals! In 2014, he relocated back to Savannah and since he has started at Blissful Buddha, he has never been happier!

Cara has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember. She is never too far from one of her horses, dogs, or cats. In 1995, Cara earned her bachelors degree in Animal Science from the University of Georgia. Upon graduation, she worked at the UGA college of Veterinary Medicine. She then went on to get a bachelors degree in Medical Technology from Armstrong Atlantic State University. After many years working in a clinical laboratory, she decided it was time to get back to doing what she loved - working with animals. In 2006, she obtained her equine massage certification from Equinology. Initially, her practice was exclusively for equine clients. However, after her own dog suffered a severe pelvic injury, she began using canine massage and acupressure techniques to see if it could help facilitate the rehabilitation process. Cara has recently added dogs to her practice after seeing positive results on her dog and studying the works of several canine bodywork masters. When she isn't working on dogs and horses, you can find her spending time with her family or riding dressage on one of her two horses.
